For the production of plastic bricks is an optimal method for controlling the problem by decomposition of plastic waste and also it costs economical for the production of building materials. In this study, plastic waste from factories will be used to incorporate with cement and sand to produce sand bricks.

To fabricate a concrete mixture (concrete partition wall block), a fine recycled concrete aggregate (FRCA) was obtained from a construction waste recycling plant in Hong Kong. The cement used was an ASTM Type I Portland cement with a specific gravity of 3.15 g/cm 3 and a specific surface area of 3960 cm 2 /g.

The concrete commonly used to make concrete blocks is a mixture of powdered portland cement, water, sand, and gravel. This produces a light gray block with a fine surface texture and a high compressive strength. A typical concrete block weighs 38-43 lb (17.2-19.5 kg).
